Your account
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login details private, and for giving accurate information.
Acceptable use
Fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, scams, illegal or misleading listings, and attempts to abuse or bypass platform security are not allowed.
Listings and user content
Jobs, profiles and accommodation listings are created by users, who are responsible for their accuracy and legality. LUVIAQE does not verify every listing.
Our role
LUVIAQE is a platform that connects Job Seekers, Recruiters, Employers and accommodation providers. We are not an employer, recruitment agency or immigration adviser, and we are not a party to agreements between users.
No guarantees
LUVIAQE does not guarantee employment, placement, salary, accommodation, visa or immigration results.
Suspension and removal
We may limit, suspend or close accounts, or remove content, that break these terms or put others at risk.
Paid plans
Where paid plans are offered, the price, launch offer and renewal price shown at checkout apply to that purchase and may change in the future. Payment methods are shown as available only when they are live. Refunds are not guaranteed unless stated at purchase or confirmed by support.
