To run your account, connect users, show listings, deliver messages, verify contact details, provide support, process plan payments, and keep the platform safe.
Messages, support and verification
Messages and applications are visible to the people in the conversation. Our team accesses them only when needed for safety, support or abuse review. Verification codes and links are used only to confirm your contact details.
Service providers
We use providers for email, SMS, sign-in (such as Google) and, when enabled, payments. They receive only the data needed for their service.
Retention and deletion
We keep data while your account is active and as needed for safety, legal and billing records. You can ask us through Support to correct or delete your data; some records may be kept where required.
